Person with a high level understanding of the SaaS selling space. Will be in-charge of scaling the companys products, services, website and brand over SEM, In-Bound and Out-Bound marketing. Recognize and report trends in Google Analytics data and other sources to identify opportunities in visitor behaviours and site conversions.Monitor, analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the companys website, SaaS products & services, marketing campaigns and outbound programs by analysing data and metrics.
Optimize websites to ensure high SEO scores. Build and launch a variety of email campaigns to drive leads, communicate with existing customers, and increase customer loyalty/repeat purchase. Analysing daily campaign performance of SEM campaigns and proactively seek daily optimization opportunities such as bid adjustments, day parting, copy, content placement, keyword mining, and link building.Develop weekly, monthly & quarterly reports on website traffic, bog traffic, marketing campaign traffic, social media traffic, competitor analysis, keyword rankings and user behavioural patterns.Create dashboards that provide detailed monthly and quarterly results and present analytical findings, communicate complex concepts to team.Create and deliver key business insights and recommendations based on data to inform strategy.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be proficient with Excel spreadsheets and understand formulas in order to calculate and track results. SaaS marketing experience. Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Google + and so on.Strong self-starter who thinks on his/her feet to solve problems. Ability to recommend, and initiate work and projects with minimal direction. Knowledge of digital Marketing and analytics platforms that support social media channels such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Pinterest and so on. Attention to detail, time management skills, exceptional initiative & follow-through skills. Superior interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to thrive in a cross-functional, team-based environment is critical. Strong sense of urgency, drive and passion to take ownership of all projects. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.Knowledge about the latest online, news, technology and social media trends.Exceptional and creative writing skills with a flair for social network, online jargon, humorous and relatable writing style a plus. Excellent web/blog writing skills and strong grasp of the visual web a plus.
