Exp: 1-5 years; Were looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing professional with strong knowledge of digital channels & strategy. The selected candidate will oversee online marketing strategy across all channels, managing a small team and external agency partners. This position is responsible for driving revenue goals and new customer growth across online channels. An online expert that has a demonstrable track record in driving significant improvements through digital channels and with an appetite to trial new areas. You will be highly commercial and analytical with first class numeric and communication skills. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, PR, social media and display advertising campaigns Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
