Job Overview

 Minimum 3 years for Managers and Minimum 1 year for Executive in PPC with a proven track-record of creative optimizationand successive gains. The candidate must have strong numerical and analytical skills and experience using various PPC tools.Education QualificationsGraduates from any streamRequired SkillsAbility to create, analyze and manage Pay Per Click campaigns across multiple search engines including Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN Adcenter, etc .Should be able to develop lists of potential keywords/phrases by understanding the scope using keyword research tools like Keyword Tracker, Keyword Discovery, competitor evaluation, manual search and client interaction.Write advertisement’s and test alternate wordings to improve conversion rates.*Generate Monthly reportsCreate competitive analysis report and usability report as and when required.Expand campaigns and increase effectiveness by monitoring, testing and updating ad placements each day.Familiarity with online marketing and advertising tools and packages like Google Analytics.Understanding of the processes and metrics involved in online advertising salesUnderstanding and experience of use of Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN adCenterOther SkillsThis position requires reporting skills with the ability to provide data driven recommendations, ideas and solutions. Good English writing and reading skills will be added as an advantage.Pro-Active and ready to take risksImportant Roles & ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding the companies marketing objectives and fully analyzing the online sector and competitors.Creating a complete PPC strategy for clients, taking into consideration their marketing objectives, current positioning in their online sector, usability and design issues, and any technological restraints they may have.The ongoing monitoring and re-evaluation of Clients’ strategies to maximize their results across all major Ad Networks.Building and developing in-house tools to aid in PPC analysis and implementation.Giving technical workshops and training for coworkers and team members (and new members of staff), including general PPC workshops.
