REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
Ideation – Regularly Study our existing social handles and competitor handles and come up with ideas for engaging our audiences on daily basis.
Social Media Management – Manage and Execute social media campaigns, Track and maintain results of each campaign. Create weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reports as per existing formats. Coordinating with Customer care and replying suitably to comments and message on social pages.
Hands on interaction within social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
Ability to generate, edit, publish and write amazing and engaging copy in a real-time environment that can stimulate user interaction, discussion and engagement
Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity- determine what works, tweak and improve content, communications etc
Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
